A recent study published in Nutrients explored the relationship between egg consumption and dementia risk among Chinese adults. 

The findings suggest that daily egg consumption may reduce the risk of dementia.

However, consuming eggs more than twice daily or not consuming them at all did not show significant effects on dementia risk. 

The researchers emphasize the need for more evidence before making dietary recommendations, as excessive egg consumption may increase cholesterol levels, potentially affecting cognitive health.
